The initiator of this draft law was the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers.
The aim of the draft law is to create more favorable conditions for the development of renewable energy sources and attracting investments. In particular, it proposes to increase the capacity limit for renewable energy facilities from 30 to 50 MW.
