The proposal to create this draft law came from the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers.
Benazir Nurlanova, Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce, noted that the draft law is aimed at developing a competitive environment, as well as ensuring compliance and preventing violations of the law "On Competition".
The main objectives of the draft law include improving legal regulation in the field of antimonopoly policy and protecting competition in the Kyrgyz Republic, taking into account international antimonopoly standards.
