Court bailiffs recovered 14.27 million soms in debt on a state loan from the founder of LLC "Lena Fashion"

In Karakol, within the framework of the enforcement proceedings conducted by the city department of the Bailiff Service under the General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic, there was a debt on a state loan, the collection of which was initiated by the creditor. The debtor in this case is O.M.Z., the founder of LLC "Lena Fashion."

According to the provided materials, the enforcement order was issued based on a decision made on June 26, 2025, by the Ak-Suu District Court of the Issyk-Kul Region. The court ordered the debtor to pay 14 million 270 thousand soms to the Directorate for the Management of the Development Fund of the Issyk-Kul Region.

The enforcement proceedings were completed on March 3, 2026, when the debt was fully repaid.

Thus, the court's decision was executed in full.

According to information from the Ministry of Justice, the head of LLC "Lena Fashion" is Osmanaliev Maksat Zheenbekovich. The company's registration data lists one participant.
