A representative of "Coca-Cola Bishkek Bottlers" clarified that all the company's contracts comply with the legislation of Kyrgyzstan and do not contain illegal conditions. He also noted that the company supplies both directly and through distributors, and conducts training seminars for all employees and distributors to ensure compliance with antimonopoly regulations.
The head of the service, Aibek Mamyraliyev, during his work on informing and supporting competitiveness, explained the measures of responsibility for violating competition legislation.
The parties also discussed the importance of strict adherence to the norms of competition legislation, pricing, domestic trade, and consumer rights protection.
