The City Hall intends to transfer the Artist House plot to the Office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The city hall of the capital has appealed to the Bishkek City Council with a request to approve a draft resolution for the gratuitous transfer of two plots of land into state ownership, located on Chuy Avenue and Kyiv Street.

The document specifies the following land plots:

Chuy Ave, 108, area 0.1100 ha, identification code 1-02-03-0006-0275;
Kyiv St, 55, area 0.049 ha, identification code 1-02-03-0006-0148.

On Chuy Avenue is the House of Artists, which neighbors the former building of the Ministry of Economy, now occupied by the State Institution "Tax Service".

At the address Kyiv St, 55 is the Reproductive Health Clinic, owned by the LLC "Paging Company Areopag-Payj".
