
At the meeting held on March 14, the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums of the Kyrgyz Republic announced that the mandate of Deputy Shairbek Tashiev of the Jogorku Kenesh is being terminated early due to his personal statement.
As a result, the deputy certificate issued to Tashiev was declared invalid.
Tashiev's address to his voters was later posted by his supporter Baktygul Berkbaeva on social media platforms.
Shairbek Tashiev noted that being a deputy is not only an honor for him but also a significant responsibility to the people. He expressed gratitude for the trust that allowed him to hold this position and serve his country.
In his address, dated March 14, 2026, Tashiev announced his resignation from the deputy mandate, which he received thanks to the support of voters. He emphasized that his decision was difficult and that he made every action based on the interests of the state and the people.
Tashiev added that to ensure political stability and the tranquility of citizens, he was forced to make this decision. He pointed out the spread of false information and accusations against him and his family, which disrupted the peace in his home.
He expressed that the trust of the people is the most important thing for him and thanked them for their support, promising to continue serving his country, regardless of his political position.
Tashiev concluded his address with words of gratitude and wishes for health, peace, and prosperity to all his voters.
