The purpose of this document is to regulate the process of issuance, placement, circulation, and redemption of bonds. It is also aimed at ensuring a unified approach to regulating relationships arising in the process of bond circulation and protecting the rights of investors.
The resolution will come into effect fifteen days after its official publication.
