The purpose of this document is to update the regulatory framework in accordance with the Code on Non-Tax Revenues, as well as with the current presidential decrees. As part of the resolution, a list of bodies responsible for administering state budget revenues from various sources has been established.
In addition, the document cancels several previously enacted decisions made between 2015 and 2025 that pertained to the formation of the budget's revenue part. The resolution will come into effect ten days after its official publication.
