At the Kokshetau meteorological station, on November 19, the temperature rose to 8.3 degrees, breaking the previous record of 8 degrees from 1977. A new record was also set on November 13, when the temperature reached 5.2 degrees, surpassing the 1995 figure (+4.4 degrees).
In the Ulytau region, on November 24, the temperature reached 13.3 degrees, exceeding the 2004 record of 9.6 degrees. The next day, November 25, the temperature rose to 10.3 degrees, breaking the 2008 record of 9 degrees. On November 26, the temperature again set a record, reaching 12.3 degrees.
In Karaganda, on November 26, the temperature was 9.4 degrees, which also exceeded the previous record of 6.9 degrees set in 1971.
However, unstable weather persisted in some regions due to the frequent change of cold air masses to warmer ones. For example, in the Turkestan region, on November 4, the Shuylak meteorological station recorded up to 28 mm of snow.
In the Zhetysu region, at the Dostyk meteorological station, on November 13, 14, 16, 22, and 25, the wind reached hurricane force of 32-36 m/s.
In the West Kazakhstan region, on November 15, thick fog was observed at the Jambeyti meteorological station, with visibility at just 50 meters.
The Kostanay region faced heavy precipitation on November 20, with half of the monthly norm of snow falling. The Arshaly meteorological station recorded 10 mm of snow, while the Tobol meteorological station recorded 11 mm.
In Astana, the average monthly temperature in November was 0.3 degrees, which is 5.5 degrees above normal. The lowest temperature was recorded on November 4, when thermometers showed -12.3 degrees, while on November 26, the air warmed up to a maximum of 7.8 degrees.
