It is situated on the northern shore of the stunningly beautiful Issyk-Kul Lake, in the village of Bosteri. It is 270 km from the city of Bishkek. The amazing lake, gentle sun, and air that is both sea-like and mountainous create ideal conditions for organizing therapeutic recreation here. The effective treatment is also supported by the active development of the health and wellness service sector in this truly wonderful village.
An affordable boarding house surrounded by other holiday homes. It is notable for its proximity to the famous Bosteri street market, where locals sell vegetables and fruits from their personal gardens, national dishes prepared on-site, souvenirs, and clothing.
The tourist complex is located in a park area, literally surrounded by greenery: fir trees, birches, and willows lean over narrow tiled pedestrian paths, flowers are planted along the alleys, a small fountain is flowing, and benches with sunshades are placed around.
The accommodation consists of two three-story buildings. In building No. 1, standard class rooms are grouped, while building No. 2 features improved layout rooms. All rooms have amenities, regardless of comfort class, and most rooms have a balcony. A fresh cosmetic renovation has been completed.
There are rooms of the following categories: standard rooms for two, three, four, and five people; semi-suites for two and three people; and suites for two people. All rooms include: single beds; a double bed in the suite; a mirror, wardrobe, bathroom with shower, table and chairs, television, refrigerator, and balcony.
Meals are provided three times a day and are included in the price. For guests, baked goods are made in-house.
Breakfast: from 08:00 to 09:30; Lunch: from 13:00 to 14:00; Dinner: from 19:00 to 20:00.
Dishes of European and national cuisine are available. Options without meals can be arranged upon booking. Half-board includes breakfast and lunch or breakfast and dinner. Coffee break - $1.4 per person.
Beach
Private sandy beach with a mix of pebbles. Located 200 meters away. Umbrellas and sun loungers are available for a fee. There is a pier. Various entertainment services (scooters, parachuting, banana boat rides, catamarans, jet skis, motorboats), as well as organization of mountain excursions and horseback riding. Within walking distance from the boarding house is the only amusement park on the coast with the highest Ferris wheel in the area and water slides.
The boarding house has a sauna with a swimming pool, billiard tables, table tennis, a gym, massage and medical offices, a physical culture and health complex, an indoor sports hall, sports grounds, a nightclub, and an excursion service.
For business people: The Tulpar Boarding House offers a fully equipped conference room.
