Over five years, spending on school textbooks has increased from 120 million to 806 million soms - Ministry of Education

In recent years, funding for the purchase of textbooks for schools in Kyrgyzstan has significantly increased. Deputy Minister of Education Nadira Jusupbekova announced this fact during a meeting of the committee of the Jogorku Kenesh, which deals with science, education, and other important aspects. According to her, in 2020, an amount of 120 million soms was allocated for these purposes, and by 2025, this figure has risen to 806 million soms.
