According to information from Kyrgyzhydromet, precipitation is expected during the night in most areas of Chui, Talas, Osh, Jalal-Abad, and Batken regions, as well as locally in Naryn region. In some parts of Chui and Jalal-Abad regions, snow will fall intensively. During the day, snow will continue over a larger territory of Chui, Talas, Osh, Jalal-Abad, Issyk-Kul, and Naryn regions, as well as locally in Batken region. Fog is possible in some areas. There will be snow cover and ice on the roads. Winds are expected from the west at a speed of 4-9 m/s, and in the western part of the Issyk-Kul lake area, winds may strengthen to 15-20 m/s.
