Frosts Expected Again in Bishkek. Decrease in Air Temperature

Decrease in air temperature is expected:
in the Chui and Talas valleys and in the Issyk-Kul basin at night down to -5…-10°, during the day down to -2…+3°;
in the valley zone of Osh, Jalal-Abad, and Batken regions at night down to 0…-5°, during the day down to 1…6°, in the foothill areas at night down to -3…-8°, during the day down to -3…+2°;
in the agricultural zone of Naryn region and in mountainous areas at night down to -15…-20°, during the day down to -2…-7°;
in high-altitude areas and in the Suusamyr valley at night down to -25…-30°, during the day down to -8…-13°.
Such unstable cold weather will complicate grazing and keeping livestock on winter pastures, the operation of communication enterprises, energy, and utility services. During intense precipitation, visibility on roads will deteriorate, leading to difficulties in vehicle movement.
Drivers planning to travel through the mountain roads of Kyrgyzstan are strongly advised by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic to follow these rules:
pay attention to the storm warning and weather forecast from the Hydrometeorology Agency of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic;
on roads, when passing avalanche-prone areas, it is necessary to strictly maintain a distance of 500 meters between vehicles;
the presence of winter tires is mandatory;
having a first aid kit, chains, and a shovel.
