Graduated from KGMI (1973), also completed postgraduate studies there (1978), Evening University of Marxism-Leninism (1982).
Worked as an assistant, associate professor, and since 2000 - professor at KGMA.
Specialist in high-altitude physiology.
Published over 100 scientific works, including 2 monographs and a textbook.
