Uzbek. Born in Frunze. Graduated from KGMI (1948).
Worked as head of the department, vice-rector of KGMI, director of the Research Institute of Cardiology, and since 1996 - director of the National Center for Cardiology and Therapy at the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Specialist in internal medicine, cardiology, mountain physiology, and medicine. Academician of RAMN (1988), New York Academy of Sciences.
Awarded the Orders of Lenin (2), Badge of Honor (2), October Revolution, Manas III degree of the Kyrgyz Republic, medals of the USSR,
Honorary Certificates of the Supreme Soviet of the Kirghiz SSR (4).
Hero of Socialist Labor (1987). Honored Doctor of the Kirghiz SSR (1962). Honored Worker of Science and Technology of the Kyrgyz Republic (1972).
Published over 700 scientific works, including 23 monographs, 19 inventions.
Under his supervision, 30 doctoral and 70 candidate dissertations have been defended.
