Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Mirza-Aki, Uzgen District, Osh Region.

Graduated from KGMI (1989), and completed postgraduate studies there (1994).

Worked as an assistant at the department, senior researcher at KGMA, and since 1998 - Deputy Director for Science and Clinical Work at the Kyrgyz Scientific Center of Hematology of the Ministry of Health of the KR.

Specialist in the field of hematology. Published more than 50 scientific works, including 1 monograph and 4 methodical recommendations.
