Bakasova Zaryl Bakasovna (1932), Doctor of Chemical Sciences (1977), Professor (1992), Corresponding Member of the Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz SSR (1984).Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Onbir-Zhilga, Chui region. Graduated from KGU (1952), postgraduate studies at the Institute of Chemistry of the Kyrgyz Branch of the USSR Academy of Sciences.
Worked as a senior researcher, and from 1964 - head of the laboratory of amino acids and their derivatives at the Institute of Chemistry and Technology of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic. Specialist in the field of chemistry and technology of physiologically active compounds. Awarded medals of the USSR, Certificate of Honor from the Supreme Soviet of the Kyrgyz SSR.
Honored Worker of Science of the Kyrgyz Republic (1993). More than 250 scientific works published, including 9 monographs and 25 author certificates. Under her supervision, 1 doctoral and 18 candidate dissertations were defended.
