Kyrgyz. Born in Frunze. Graduated from KSU, where she also completed her postgraduate studies. Worked as an assistant, lecturer, associate professor, head of the department, professor, and dean at KGNU, and since 1994 - director of the Institute of Chemistry and Chemical Technology of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic. Specialist in the field of physical chemistry and biotechnology.
Academician of the Academy of Pedagogical and Social Sciences of Russia (1997).
Awarded the Order of the "Badge of Honor," Honorary Certificate of the Kyrgyz Republic, Gold Medal of Honor - 2000 Millennium by the American Biographical Institute.
Laureate of the Lenin Komsomol Prize, Laureate of the J. Balasaguni Prize. Published more than 200 scientific works, including 6 monographs, 5 textbooks and teaching aids, 14 patents.
Under her supervision, 1 doctoral and 12 candidate dissertations have been defended.
