Kyrgyz. Born in the settlement of 40 Years of October in the Talas District of the Talas Region. Graduated from the Moscow Cooperative Institute (1971), postgraduate studies at the Moscow Institute of National Economy named after G.V. Plekhanov (1980), doctoral studies at the Research Institute of Electroceramics (Moscow, 1995).
Worked as a lecturer, head of the department, associate professor, and professor at KGU, head of the department, and professor at KASI, rector of the Kyrgyz Academy of Cooperation, and since 2000 - professor at KGUSTA, president of the Society of Inventors and Rationalizers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Specialist in the field of ceramic materials technology.
Academician of the International Personnel Academy (Kyiv, 1997).
Awarded the Honorary Certificate of the Kyrgyz Republic (1993), the medal of the 1st Genius Olympiad (Budapest, 1998), and the gold medal "For Merits in Science" of the MPA (Kyiv, 1999).
Published more than 90 scientific works, including 5 monographs and several textbooks and patents.
Under her supervision, 3 candidate dissertations have been defended.
