Tatar. Born in the city of Osh, Osh region.
Graduated from the Moscow Economic Institute (1957), postgraduate studies at the Institute of Economics of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR (1967). Worked as a teacher, senior teacher, associate professor at KGIFK, professor, head of the department at KGMI, and since 1993 - head of the department, professor at KRSU. Specialist in the field of social economics: socio-economic and demographic problems of the population.
Academician of the International Academy of Higher Education (1997), International Economic Academy of Eurasia (1998).
Honored Worker of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic (1997). Published more than 140 scientific works, including 9 monographs and 4 textbooks.
Under her supervision, 5 candidate dissertations have been defended.
