Kyrgyz. Born in the village of User, Nookat District, Osh Region. Graduated from KGU (1974), postgraduate studies at NSU (Novosibirsk, 1983).
Worked as a junior, senior, and chief researcher, head of the laboratory at the Institute of Mathematics of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, since 1999 - Professor at the Kyrgyz-Turkish University "Manas".
Specialist in the field of mathematics. Published more than 80 scientific works, including 3 monographs and 3 textbooks. Under his supervision, 1 doctoral and 2 candidate dissertations have been defended.
