Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Kyzyl-Tuu, Aksy District, Jalal-Abad Region. Graduated from Osh State Pedagogical Institute (1974), postgraduate studies at Kyrgyz State University (1980).
Worked as a lecturer at Osh State Pedagogical Institute, teacher, deputy director, director of a secondary school, dean, acting rector, and since 2000 - vice-rector of Jalal-Abad State University.
Specialist in the field of differential equations. Published more than 30 scientific works, including 1 monograph.
