Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Kerege-Tash, Ak-Suu District, Issyk-Kul Region.
Graduated from KSU (1959), postgraduate studies at the Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz SSR.
Worked as a senior lecturer, associate professor, head of the department at KSU, and since 1997 - director of the Center for Scientific Heritage of A. Einstein at KNU.
Specialist in the field of general theory of relativity, gravity, and relativistic cosmology.
Awarded the USSR medal (1982), the "Daiyk" medal of the Kyrgyz Republic (2001).
Honored Worker of Science of the Kyrgyz Republic (1993).
Published more than 60 scientific works, including 3 monographs, 2 textbooks, and 3 educational-methodological manuals.
Under his supervision, 3 candidate dissertations have been defended.
