Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Toguz-Bulak, Ton District, Issyk-Kul Region.

Graduated from KSAI (1980), postgraduate studies at Dnipropetrovsk Agricultural Institute (1985).

Worked as an assistant, associate professor, dean of KSAI, associate professor at KAA, and since 2002 - vice-rector for scientific work at KAU named after K.I. Skryabin.

Specialist in the field of genetics and breeding of agricultural animals.

Published more than 70 scientific works, including one monograph.
