Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Ton, Ton District, Issyk-Kul Region.
Graduated from KSAHI (1981), and completed postgraduate studies there (1984).
Worked as an assistant, deputy dean, associate professor, dean of the veterinary faculty, head of the department at KSAHI, associate professor, head of the education department at KAA, and since 2000 - professor at KAU named after K.I. Skryabin.
Specialist in the field of veterinary morphology of birds.
Published more than 90 scientific works, including 1 monograph, 2 manuals, and 2 inventions.
Under his supervision, 1 candidate dissertation has been defended.
