Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Bokonbaev in the Ton district of the Issyk-Kul region.
Graduated from KSHI (1972), postgraduate studies at Kirg. NIIZH (1975).
Worked as a senior researcher at Kyrg. NIIZHV, head of the department of the Central Committee of the Komsomol of Kyrgyzstan, senior referent, head of the department of the agro-industrial complex of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, chief state veterinary inspector of the Kyrgyz Republic, general director of the veterinary department, professor at KAA, and since 2000 - director of the Institute of Biochemistry and Physiology of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic. Specialist in biotechnology and infectious pathology of animals.
Academician of the International Academy of Informatization (1993) and the Academy of Veterinary Sciences of the Russian Federation (1998).
Awarded a Certificate of Honor from the Supreme Soviet of the Kyrgyz SSR and medals from the USSR.
Published more than 100 scientific works, including 4 monographs and 2 textbooks.
Under his supervision, 2 doctoral and 4 candidate dissertations have been defended.
