Graduated from KSAI (1980), and completed postgraduate studies there (1986).

Worked as a senior laboratory assistant at the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR, junior researcher, assistant professor, chairman of the trade union committee, associate professor at KSAI, and since 1993 - head of the department at KAU named after K.I. Skryabin.

Specialist in the field of non-infectious animal pathology.

Published over 100 scientific works, including 3 monographs, 1 textbook, and 2 inventions.
