Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Saru, Jeti-Oguz District, Issyk-Kul Region.
Graduated from KSHI (1976), Higher School of Sheep Breeders and Evaluators (Stavropol, 1978), postgraduate studies at the Institute of Animal Husbandry and Ecology of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR (1984), doctoral studies at KAA (1999).
Worked as a zootechnician, senior zootechnician, research fellow, head of department, deputy director of the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Animal Husbandry, instructor at the Issyk-Kul Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan, head of the group of referents of the Issyk-Kul Regional Council, inspector in the office of the head of the Issyk-Kul Regional State Administration, director, deputy director of the state breeding farm "Orgochor", and since 1997 - director of the Issyk-Kul branch of MUK.
Specialist in the fields of physiology, breeding, selection, genetics, reproduction of agricultural animals, and ecology.
Published more than 40 scientific works, including 2 monographs, 2 textbooks, and 4 inventions.
