A creative success of Khabibulina in the field of monumental-decorative plastic is the decorative composition-fountain in the resort city of Cholpon-Ata (1982, copper, architect K. Abdrakov). The crowning structure of the fountain, a decoratively interpreted figure of a woman seemingly frozen in the rhythm of dance, is plastic, exquisitely graceful, and brings a note of emotionality to the environment. It complements and aesthetically enriches the architectural form. The structure, intended to aesthetically enhance the coastal area, is designed with the prospects of further development and improvement of the surrounding territory.

The emblem-deer above the building of the "Issyk-Kul" sanatorium in the village of "Komsomol" (1979, wrought copper), created by S. Bakashev and I. Chokoev, possesses a distinctive monumental-decorative effect. The sharply stylized plastic embodies nature and the connection with the ancient culture of the Pre-Issyk-Kul region, reminding contemporaries of the legend of the mythical progenitor of the Kyrgyz — the White Doe. The airy metal structure of the emblem completes the ship-like silhouette of the bright monumental building and is expressively visible against the backdrop of the blue sky and the expanse of Issyk-Kul waters.

Several sculptural compositions of a monumental-decorative plan were created in the city of Osh in the 1970s by D. Zholchuev. These include "Horseman with a Golden Eagle" in the center of the mountainous Alai region (1969, concrete), which, in its composition, plasticity, spatial and textural relationships, resembles traditional monuments of Georgia and Armenia, as well as the composition "Happiness," installed at the entrance to the marriage registration office.

In a decorative-park style, sculptor D. Kheidze created the monument to Alisher Navoi in Osh (1968, concrete), which fits well into the unique environment of the blooming southern city.
