STEBLYANKO Vladimir Ivanovich
Architect. Born in 1948 in the village of Steblyanka, Lebedin District, Sumy Region, Ukrainian SSR.
In 1970, he graduated from the architectural and construction faculty of the Frunze Polytechnic Institute.
From 1970 to 1976, he worked at the "Kyrgyzgiprostroy" institute, from 1976—at the Frunze branch of the design institute "Kazgiprotorg" as the chief architect of projects, from 1979—head of the industrial aesthetics department at the Central Design and Technology Bureau of the Ministry of Light Industry, and from 1983—lecturer at the architectural faculty of the Frunze Polytechnic Institute.
Member of the Union of Architects of the USSR since 1979.
MAIN CONSTRUCTIONS
1979. Dining hall-preparation for 120 seats with a workshop for processing 4 tons of raw materials per day in the city of Cholpon-Ata; Retail store for everyday goods in Issyk-Ata; Reconstruction of the bread products factory in the village of Pokrovka; Reconstruction of the building of the Ministry of Trade of the Kyrgyz SSR in Frunze.
1973. Health resort for 50 places in the Ala-Archa gorge (as part of a team); Hotel for 15 places in the village of Moldovanovka;
1977. Building materials store in the city of Tokmak;
1978. Restaurant in the village of Dolinka on Lake Issyk-Kul (as part of a team);
1979. Interiors of production workshops of the leather factory in the city of Osh;
1980. Interiors of the Kyrgyz woolen and cloth combine in the city of Frunze;
1982. Recreation center of the Frunze production shoe association on Lake Issyk-Kul;
1983. Landscaping of the territory of the cotton combine in the city of Osh.
COMPETITION WORKS
1984. All-Union competition. School for 1250 students (encouragement prize);
1986. District competition. Café for 150 seats in the Pervomaisky district of the city of Frunze (1st prize).
