
SAIPIDINOV Azhatbek
Architect. Member of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union since 1970.
Born in 1949 in the village of Cholpon, Kochkor District, Naryn Region of the Kyrgyz SSR.
In 1977, he graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the Frunze Polytechnic Institute.
Served in the Soviet Army from 1968 to 1970.
Has been working in the field of architecture since 1977. Senior architect of the Department of Construction and Architecture of the city of Cholpon-Ata.
Member of the Union of Architects of the USSR since 1983.
