MOLDOBAEV Bayysh Moldobaevich
Architect. Born in 1943 in the village of Dzhan-Alysh, Kemin district of the Kirghiz SSR.
In 1968, he graduated from the Moscow Architectural Institute.
After graduating from the institute, he worked in the design institutes "Kyrgyzgiprostroy" and "FrunzeGorprom" until 1973.
In 1973, he was appointed head of the construction and architecture department of the Issyk-Kul Regional Executive Committee, where he worked until June 1983. He did significant work to improve the development of settlements and resort areas in the Pre-Issyk-Kul region.
From 1983 to 1985, he worked as the head of the production and technical department of the "Issyk-Kuloblmezhkolkhozstroy" association. Since November 1985, he has been the head of the architectural and planning workshop of the Frunze branch of the design institute "Tsentrosoyuzproekt". He was awarded a Certificate of Honor from the Supreme Soviet of the Kirghiz SSR.
Member of the Union of Architects of the USSR since 1971.
MAIN BUILDINGS
1969. Development of the service personnel settlement of the "Cholpon-Ata" resort;
1970. Development of the 11th microdistrict in the city of Frunze;
1975. House of Culture in the city of Frunze (as part of a team);
1980. Monument to Military Glory in the city of Przhevalsk (as part of a team, sculptors G. E. Arapov, A. S. Novikov); Author of individual architectural solutions for central squares, streets, parks in district centers and cities of the Issyk-Kul region.
COMPETITION WORKS
1971. Republican competition. Reconstruction of Dzerzhinsky Boulevard (2nd prize).
