BEKTASHEV Esenzhan Bektashevich
Architect. Member of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union since 1983.
Born in 1949 in the village of Ak-Terek, Tyup district, Issyk-Kul region of the Kyrgyz SSR.
In 1973, he graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Sverdlovsk Architectural Institute.
From 1973 to 1975, he worked at the design institute "FrunzeGorpromproject," and from 1975 to 1985, he was the chief architect of the Issyk-Kul resort area at the State Construction Committee of the Kyrgyz SSR.
Since 1985, he has been the head of the department for construction and architecture of the Issyk-Kul Regional Executive Committee.
E. B. Bektashev, leading the architectural service of the Issyk-Kul resort area, and more recently the regional architecture of the Issyk-Kul region, made a significant contribution to the implementation of a unified technical policy for the development of the resort zone of Lake Issyk-Kul and the settlements located in the territory of the resort and the region. During his tenure, the development and sanitary conditions of the resort area have been significantly organized.
Member of the Union of Architects of the USSR since 1977.
MAIN CONSTRUCTIONS
1976. Development of block 372 on Usenbaeva and Engels streets in the city of Frunze; Development of block 304 on Turusbekov street in the city of Frunze.
MAIN PROJECTS
1973. Central dispatch station in the city of Frunze;
1974. Educational and production complex in the city of Frunze;
1975. Automated telegraph node (Main Post Office) in the city of Frunze;
1976. Monument to Panfilov in the Kalinin district of the Kyrgyz SSR.
COMPETITION WORKS
1975. Republican competition. Building of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan (as part of a team, 1st round - encouragement prize);
1976. Building of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan (as part of a team, 2nd round - 3rd prize).
