BAIBEKOV Nadir Nazimovich
Architect. Born in 1956 in the city of Frunze.
In 1979, he graduated from the architectural faculty of the Frunze Polytechnic Institute.
From 1979 to 1984, he worked as an architect in workshop No. 2 of the design institute "FrunzeGorProject."
In 1984, he moved to the branch of the design institute "SentrSoyuzProject" in the city of Frunze, where he still works as the head of a group of architects.
Member of the Union of Architects of the USSR since 1983.
For his participation in the "Best Project of 1983" competition, he received a II degree diploma from the VDNH of the Kyrgyz SSR and a Medal from the Union of Architects of the USSR.
MAIN PROJECTS
1980. Hostel-type accommodation for 218 places in the city of Frunze (as part of a team);
1981. 12-story, 68-apartment monolithic residential building in microdistrict 10 in the city of Frunze (as part of a team);
1982. Monolithic residential buildings with a public and commercial center in the "Vostok-5" microdistrict in the city of Frunze (as part of a team);
1983. Production building of the design institute "FrunzeGorProject" and the building of the republican branch of Stroybank in the city of Frunze (as part of a team); 18-story, 100-apartment monolithic residential building in the city of Frunze (as part of a team).

1984. Republican competition. "Best Project of 1983" (as part of a team, II degree diploma from the VDNH of the Kyrgyz SSR); All-Union competition. "Best Project of 1983" (as part of a team, Medal from the Union of Architects of the USSR).
