
MAZMANOV Yakov Sergeyevich
Architect. Born in 1948 in the city of Tbilisi.
Served in the Soviet Army from 1967 to 1969.
In 1978, he graduated from the architectural faculty of the Frunze Polytechnic Institute and began working at the design institute "Kyrgyzpromproyekt"; since 1983, he has been working at the Frunze branch of the design institute "Kazgiprotorg".
Member of the Union of Architects of the USSR since 1983.

1981. Residential block in the city of Przhevalsk;
1982. Production and laboratory building of the enterprise in Frunze (as part of a team).

1979. Master plan for the improvement of the recreation area of HPP-5 near the city of Frunze; Master plan for the reconstruction of the Frunze plant in Frunze (as part of a team);
1980. Master plan for the experimental and pilot plant for mining exploration equipment in Frunze;
1981. Administrative and domestic building of the trust "Chuypromstroy" in the village of Sokuluk (as part of a team);
1982. Reconstruction of the reinforced concrete products plant in the city of Krasnovodsk. Production building and rebar shop.
