Worked as a senior researcher at KirNIIJH, head of department, deputy director of KirNIIZ, senior researcher, head of laboratory at the Institute of Biology of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Specialist in high-altitude vegetation.

Awarded medals of the USSR.

Published more than 50 scientific works, including 4 monographs.

Under his supervision, 2 candidate dissertations were defended.
