Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Zhany-Alysh, Kemin District, Chui Region.
Graduated from KSHI (1949), postgraduate studies at the Genetics Institute of the USSR Academy of Sciences (1953).
Worked as a junior researcher at the Institute of Biology of the Academy of Sciences, head of the department at the Kyrgyz Breeding Station, associate professor, dean at KGU, senior researcher, head of the laboratory, deputy director of the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Agriculture, head of laboratories at the IOH, Issyk-Kul Scientific Center of the Academy of Sciences, IKh and KHT, since 1995 - senior researcher at the Biological and Soil Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Specialist in the field of radiobiology, photobiology, and radioecology.
Awarded the Order of the Great Patriotic War, the Order of the Red Banner of Labor, and medals of the USSR.
Published more than 150 scientific works, including 4 monographs and 2 inventions.
Under his supervision, 3 candidate dissertations were defended.
