Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Tegirmenti, Kemin District, Chui Region.
Graduated from KSAHI (1949), postgraduate studies at VNIIZH (1952).
Worked as a research associate at the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Animal Husbandry of the USSR, head of the laboratory, head of the department, director, deputy director of KyrgNIIZH, general director, deputy general director of the NPO for animal husbandry, head of the meat cattle breeding laboratory at KyrgNIIZH.
Specialist in the field of cattle breeding and sheep breeding.
Awarded the Orders of "Badge of Honor" (2), medals of the USSR, Honorary Certificates of the Supreme Soviet of the Kyrgyz SSR (2).
Honored Scientist of the Kyrgyz Republic (1991). Honored Zootechnician of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Published more than 210 scientific works, including 1 monograph and over 27 brochures.
Under his supervision, 2 candidate dissertations were defended.
