Karabaev Sultan Oskonovich (1954),

Kyrgyz. Born in the city of Talas, Talas region.
Graduated from Leningrad State University (1976), and completed postgraduate studies there (1982). Worked as a senior laboratory assistant at the Institute of Chemistry and Physics of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR, laboratory assistant, engineer at KGU, research intern at LGU, head of the laboratory, lecturer, senior lecturer, associate professor, dean of KGU, and since 1999 - professor, head of the UNESCO department at KGNU, advisor to the rector of KGNU.
Specialist in the field of physical chemistry, electrochemistry of solutions.
Published more than 70 scientific works, including 2 monographs and 3 textbooks.
Under his supervision, 3 candidate dissertations have been defended.
