Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Kochkorka, Kochkorkinsky District, Naryn Region.
Graduated from Rostov-on-Don State University (1976), postgraduate studies at KGU (1986).
Worked as a teacher, senior teacher, associate professor, head of the department at KGU, deputy director for organizational work at IPPK KGNU, associate professor, deputy director for marketing at IGUSI KGNU, and since 2000 - head of the department at KNU named after J. Balasagyn.
Specialist in the field of general pedagogy and the theory and methodology of teaching (Russian language).
Published more than 60 scientific works, including 1 monograph.
