Worked as a therapist at the city hospital (Osh), the Prikarpatye Military District, Hospital No. 4 of the Main Administration, chief physician of hospitals (Maili-Say, Tokmak), head of the regional health department (Naryn), Deputy Minister, Minister of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, President of the European Regional Office of WHO, State Secretary of the Kyrgyz Republic, since 2000 - head of the state administration - governor of Osh Region.

Specialist in the field of healthcare organization.

Awarded the orders "Badge of Honor" (1986), "Dank" (1998), gold medal from WHO (1995). Honored Doctor of the Kyrgyz Republic (1994).

Published more than 40 scientific works, including 2 monographs.
