Worked as the head of the department at KJPI, Assistant to the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Advisor to the Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, Advisor to the Chairman of Kyrgyzpromstroybank.

Specialist in the field of economic theory, market theory.

Laureate of the Lenin Komsomol Prize of the Kyrgyz SSR.

Published more than 60 scientific works.

Under his supervision, 2 candidate dissertations were defended.
