Aliaskulov Aliyasbek Tolbashievich
Born on May 5, 1971, in the village of Ken-Aral, Talas region.
1989-1991 - Served in the ranks of the Soviet Army;
Education:
1991-1992 - Preparatory courses at the Faculty of History of the Kyrgyz State National University;
1997-2003 - Kyrgyz National University named after J. Balasagyn, Faculty of Law, specialty - jurisprudence;
2007-2009 - Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Faculty of International Relations, specializing in Political Science. Master's degree.
Work Experience:
— 1992–1997 - Private entrepreneur;
— 2004–2007 - Deputy Head of the Sales Department of the State Enterprise "Buuдай";
— 2007–2010 - General Director of the Russian-Kyrgyz Pipe Company;
— 2008–2010 - Chairman of the Board of Directors of LLC "El gaz KDJ";
— 2011–2014 - Minister of Labor, Migration, and Youth of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In 2016, appointed as the Consul General of the Kyrgyz Republic in Almaty.
In 2010, he was a participant in the April events and sustained a head injury. Hero of the April People's Revolution.
By the decree of August 28, 2011, for participation in the events of the Kyrgyz Revolution of 2010, he was awarded the highest distinction "Hero of the Kyrgyz Republic" with the special badge "Ak Shumkar".
Aliaskulov Aliyasbek is one of the most well-known participants of the April days. A sniper shot at him twice. Both times he was hit in the head. The first bullet passed through the back of his head and exited through his arm. The second bullet hit his nose and exited through his neck. Despite the severe injuries, Aliyasbek survived.
He was the first person shot in this bloody turmoil. But his wounds are not his calling card. Aliyasbek Aliaskulov is one of those who, by the will of circumstances and the strength of his character, became an informal leader during the events of April 7.
He enjoys composing poetry, listening to folklore and classical melodies, leads a healthy lifestyle (without bad habits), and performs prayers.
