Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Gerei-Shoron, Toorosky rural council, Nookat district, Osh region. Graduated from KGU (1964), postgraduate studies at the Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz SSR (1969).
Worked as a teacher in secondary school, senior engineer, junior and senior research fellow, head of the laboratory at the Institute of Mathematics of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, professor at Dastan University, and since 1999 - professor at Osh State University.
Specialist in the theory of perturbed and bifurcation of periodic solutions of differential equations.
Published more than 70 scientific works, including 1 monograph. Under his supervision, 3 candidate dissertations have been defended.
