Kyrgyz. Born in the village named after Zhdanova in the Jalal-Kuduk district of the Andijan region. Graduated from KGIIFK (1969).
Worked as a teacher, senior teacher, associate professor, head of the department, and since 1996 - professor at KGIIFK.
Specialist in the field of general pedagogy and sports pedagogy. Honored Coach of the Kyrgyz Republic (1992), Master of Sports of the USSR (1973), International Category Judge in Sambo Wrestling (1993).
Published more than 80 scientific works, including 6 monographs. Under his supervision, 3 candidate dissertations have been defended.
