Lailiev Jumakan Su laymanovich (1928),

Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Don-Aryk, Chui region.

Graduated from the Zootechnical Faculty of KSAI (1950), postgraduate studies at the Institute of Economics of the USSR Academy of Sciences (1954). Specialist in the development of issues related to the economic efficiency of regional economies.

Awarded medals of the USSR, Honorary Certificates of the Supreme Soviet of the Kyrgyz SSR.

Honored Worker of Science of the Kyrgyz SSR (1985).

Published more than 150 scientific works, including 30 monographs and brochures.
