In 1968, he graduated from the secondary school named after Ch. Toloberdiyev.

1968-1969 - Served in the ranks of the Soviet Army.
1969 - Naryn hydroenergo construction, second-class concrete worker, third-class welder.
1969-1970 - Worked on the construction of the At-Bashinsky HPP (the construction of this hydroelectric power station was completed on December 22, 1970, and it was put into operation).
1970-1976 - Worked on the construction of the Toktogul HPP (construction began in 1961, all work was completed in 1979-1980).
1976-1977 - Worked on the construction of the Kurpsayskaya HPP.
1977 - Was sent to work at the "Metal Structures" plant in Chekhov (near Moscow).
