Graduated from KGU (1984), also completed postgraduate studies there (1989), and doctoral studies at KGPU named after I. Arabayev (1998).

Worked as a junior researcher, lecturer, head of the department, associate professor, and since 1998 - Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics, Computer Science, and Cybernetics at KGNU, and since 1999 - Professor at KGNU.

Specialist in the field of geometry and topology. Laureate of the Z. Balasagyn Prize.

Published more than 40 scientific works, including 1 monograph.
