Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Orto-Uryukty, Issyk-Kul District, Issyk-Kul Region. Graduated from KGMI (1986), and completed postgraduate studies there (1991).
Worked as a clinical resident at KGMI, a doctor at the Bishkek City Clinical Hospital No. 3, an assistant at KGMI, an associate professor at the Research Center for Emergency Medicine and Disaster Medicine, a senior researcher at KGMI, and since 2000, head of the department at the Research Center for Emergency Medicine and Disaster Medicine.
Specialist in the field of anesthesiology and resuscitation. Published more than 50 scientific works, including 4 inventions.
