Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Svetly Mys, Tyup District, Issyk-Kul Region. Graduated from KGMI (1973), postgraduate studies at VONTS AMN USSR (Moscow, 1978).
Worked as an assistant at KGMI, junior researcher, senior researcher at the All-Union Scientific Center of Oncology AMN USSR, senior researcher, head of department, deputy director for science at KNIIOiR, director of the LLC "German-Kyrgyz Medical Center", deputy head of the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, since 2000 - general director of the NC of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic. Specialist in the field of oncology and hematology. Published over 130 scientific works, including a textbook.
Under his supervision, 5 candidate dissertations have been defended.
